What these methods have done before.
Four prior engagements by the operator behind Cernia, run with the procedures on the Methods page. Names withheld; each is written up on request.
Doubled paid‑media revenue at a retailer already over a billion in sales
An established B2C ecommerce company
The largest engagement and the one Cernia is built from. The business already ran paid media at scale, with an attribution tool, dashboards and an in-house team. What it lacked was the hours to reconcile every platform every week and act on what the numbers said. Measured paid-media revenue doubled on the retailer's own attribution, with spend read from the platforms and every restatement marked. The procedures that did it, the audits, the reconciliation, the monthly reallocation inside guardrails, the experiments with stop rules and the write-back contract, are the ones on the Methods page, and the system that ran them is the system Cernia runs today.
Tripled sales
A direct-to-consumer automotive parts manufacturer
A manufacturer selling its own catalogue direct to consumers. Paid search and shopping were rebuilt around the products that already sold, waste was audited out, and budget followed the parts that earned it. Sales tripled over the engagement.
Doubled the signup rate
A B2B ecommerce operation
A B2B business whose growth depended on new accounts opening. The path from first visit to signup was measured end to end, the costliest leaks were fixed first, and the ads were rewritten for the buyer who signs up. The signup rate doubled.
Startup to tens of millions in sales
A B2C furniture company
Launched from zero: channels opened one at a time with stop rules written before the first dollar, winners scaled and losers shut down with the reason logged. The company grew from a startup to tens of millions in annual sales.
Questions
About these results.
- Why are the names withheld?
Each engagement is written up for the business it was done for, and Cernia does not name a client publicly without written permission. Every one is available as a reference conversation or a written account on request.
- Are these Cernia's results or the operator's?
The operator's. Cernia is the service built from that work: the same procedures, run the same way, with a named approver on every change. The largest of the four is the system Cernia runs today.
- How were the results measured?
On each business's own numbers, under the house rules on the Methods page: attribution click credit as the floor, spend read from the platform, three lenses reconciled, restatements marked. Growth was measured over the engagement against the period before it.
- Will Cernia produce the same result for us?
No one can promise that; markets, products and competitors differ, and your team decides what goes live. What Cernia promises is the method, every number with its receipt, and a first call that opens with what it already found in your accounts.
Ask for the write-up.
Write with the engagement you want to read about, or with your own site and platforms, and the first call opens with what we found.
